This bracket was introduced in May 1931 to take the strain off the bracket located under the gas tank, which was causing some tanks to leak. Can be used on all 1930-31 cars. Also can be used on 28-29 cars but new hole locations must be drilled in the cowl/gas tank brace to get the proper alignment.
