MODERN FRONT FLOAT-A-MOTOR

Mounts in place of the engine yoke (7920). Engine support sets on rubber pads on top of the cross member. Two holes must be drilled into the cross member to secure support to frame. In order to install you must remove the old motor mount yoke and springs. The new mount is then bolted to the engine and the two large rubber washers are placed underneath the mount. With the full weight of the engine on the new rubber washers drill two holes into the front crossmember. Once the holes are drilled install the two bolts through the mount and the large rubber washers, then on the bottom side of the crossmember slide on the smaller rubber washers and flat steel washers. Tighten the nylon nuts just enough to secure them. Do not over tighten them to the point the rubber washers are compressed as this will only bring back the vibration.
