The snout of the water pump has been bored out to accept a sealed ball bearing in place of the old original roller bearing that is pressed onto the shaft to eliminate end play. It also has a sealed rear bushing assembly with a stock pack nut. The pack nut contains graphite packing as a back up. Our no-leak Model A water pump comes with a gasket and fan mounting kit.The impeller is the cut down version. Rear bushing requires grease. 4-bolt design. 30-31 has zinc packing nut
